This older version (version 1.5) is the only one which seems to work on all Windows machines. Just unzip the file into a single directory and run it from there. There was a more sophisticated version 1.8, on which created some of the musical examples you can hear here. However while it worked on my development machine (Win 98), it crashes on some people's XP.
